I Can Eat Again!Today was the final weigh-in for my company's weight loss challenge. I won't know the official results until tomorrow; as far as, how my team did or if I managed to break into the top 5. However, I think my chances are fairly good considering that I droppped 11 pounds in the last 2 weeks; giving me a total weight loss of 34.5 pounds. In addition to the fact, that my team was only behind by .1% from the first place team; as well as, that my weight loss alone increases my team's weight loss percentange from 12.62% to 14.23% (4-person team FTW). Anywho, the first thing I did after weighing in was to go straight to the vending machine a buy a Snickers bar; an hour later I went up to Subway and got myself a footlong, two cookies, and a soda. To heck with keeping my caloric intake low; in the words of Darrel Hammond doing his Sean Connery impression "Suck it diet, suck it long and suck it hard." Granted, I am going to try and keep off the pounds I have lost thus far; perhaps even shedding a few more pounds. However, I'm no longer going to be concerned about my overall pace; if it takes me five months to lose five pounds, oh the heck well. My efforts to try and lose the most weight in about a 4 month period is over; all that is left is to wait and hope that it was enough to win. I think while I wait I'm going to go and have one of my M&M cookies I have stashed away in my room. Cookies FTW!
