I Didn't Expect to be Back, EitherAfter three and one-half years, I thought I'd randomly log back in to my old Rooster Teeth account. Looks different, that's for sure. I've spent the last hour or so checking in on my old circle here, though it seems most have long since headed for the hills as I once did.

It's always strange to revisit something that was once a part of your life that you've been away from. There was a time when I logged in here daily. I guess life moves us along, and some things get left behind. Still nice to pop back in now and then and see where the road has taken everyone else.

Quick recap of the intervening years for yours truly:

Met a lovely girl, and somehow convinced her to marry me
Wrote a little - ready to pick that back up
Some minor travel - contiguous US only...
Nurtured and then purged an unhealthy MMO habit

I'm kind of stunned by how short this list is. There's probably more, but it's not jumping out at me.

Regardless, I'm back, and might be around a bit more. If anyone sees this, and remembers who I am, feel free to say hello.

PS: Apparently there are awards? I have the "Oldest School" Achievement, for being one of the first 5,000 users. Kinda wild to know I was around when the site was that small.
