I know and Alpha Chi hates me

She just wanted it to snow and her dad did it.

EDIT: OK, people seem confused about the backstory here. From what I gather, this girl "Elise" wanted to make it snow in her sorority's house (presumably at OU). She had seen her dad "make it snow" by using a fire extinguisher, most likely a compressed CO2 extinguisher. So, she she grabbed the extinguisher off the wall and fired it. It must have been a chemical fire extinguisher, which released an agent that set off an alarm and now needs to be "swept up". She must have fled the scene with her camera-wielding friend and is now worried about being kicked out of her sorority or receiving some kind of fine.

People are so dumb with fire extinguishers. They have no idea what the difference is between the different types. Getting hit with a CO2 extinguisher is a lot different then getting hit with a chemical one. If you've ever been in the room when a chemical extinguisher goes off, you will definitely remember it. It's like someone is pumping desert sand down your throat.
