LimpOne of the benefits of me constantly filming dumb stuff is that I can sometimes use the footage as a helpful analysis tool. The other day I decided I wanted to front flip onto Geoff. The way he was sitting in his chair seemed inviting to me. I attempted the front flip and, obviously, it ended disastrously.
The next morning the top of my right foot was really hurting and I had a bit of a limp going on. I couldn't figure out why only the top of my foot was hurting and nothing else. After looking at the footage, I identified the culprit.
Damn chair.
