Why 64: Comparator QuestionComparators are a very helpful device for people who work with redstone on a regular basis. They can be used as a diode, a comparator, a diminisher, and much more.
But... Today we will be talking about the inventory checking ability of it.
Most people don't know that there is an equation for the signal.
S=1+(f/n)*14
S=Signal strength f=number of items in the object n=number of slots
This equation can be changed into...
f=(n*64/14) * (S-1)
Round up to the next whole number
This means that a furnace with half a stack of wood will output a higher signal than a double chest with two stacks of wood.
Now jukeboxes are kind of weird so I'll just leave this here.
