WASHINGTON D.C POLICEthe police in DC are the most races cops in the world.My friend and i were lost one time in DC,........well we were smoken a joint at the same time so being lost and high isnt the same thing. anyways we wereboth high of are asses looken for third street when i seen the cops comen, so i shouted to my friend" Dave... Dave damit look at me the cops are comen,............... i'm gonna ask for directions. so i started walken towards the car and my friend started to realys what i was doing so he yelled 'wait dont do it "but it was to late i was allready there.i walk to the door and was like" hu hum offiser were might i find third street at and the cop turned really fast and said," WHOOOO.................................... your on third street, now get out of here. so i walked back and my friend dave he was like holly shit how did he get away with that one. well my friend dave is black and a black people never talk to on officer when there high thats a damn waist of weed.
