So Joss Whedon may have made a secret movie starring Nathan Fillion and other actors he's worked with before? At like the same time he was doing Avengers? The man's duplicity never ends! He's like a sneaky fountain filled with surprises ... and candy.
Serenity: Float Out is a short little single issue comic that has some of Wash's old friends reminiscing about him now that he's dead, and at the end we find out that Zoe is pregnant .
So I don't know if others saw this too/had the same reaction, but this past week on Castle, Adam Baldwin was a guest star. I had a MASSIVE fan girl moment.
agreed x2. I was surprised a Jane Quote didn't make it's way in there somewhere, but awesome nonetheless. They can guest star the rest of the cast into Castle at some point, would not hurt my feelings ONE BIT.
To be fair, the browncoat at the beginning was a nod. And, if I remember right, adam did say to nathan at some poin t that "I have to keep my options open" so I was happy lol
well played sir. I managed to miss both connections, well...the "options open" might be arguable, but definitely the brown coat in the beginning. I'm slipping.
I liked the episode a lot, but I was hoping for one or two more Firefly references. Oh well, though. Still nice to see some of the cast back on screen together!
