Now what this is basically Google maps, but with one extra feature. The ability to add markers to the map. I was thinking we could have as many members as we can place their markers here, it'd be really interesting to see how our community spreads out around the earth.
It automatically opens as a map type view, but you can select satalite or hybrid view if you wish. To make your marker, go to where you live(You will have have to move the view around and zoom in to find your address), and click where you live. If you're paranoid, then just click on the street where you live or near it. Once you click your location, you can choose what type of marker you want, your name, any notes, and must add a link(Just link to anything). If you dont wanna use your username in your name on the map, just put it in your notes. Have fun!
Now we all just have to promise not to do any "friendly following".
I hereby swear not to creep anyone out by stalking them. Except on Facebook, the online resource that allows you to find out about people without ever having to talk to them like any normal human being.
mine is not very Accurate..... but its around the area (it would have been more accurate if I knew there was a zoom in button before i put myself in lol....)
