I have an ATI capture card. I do caputre stuff, but I had always used windows movie maker to caputre, and adobe to edit. But I know you can capture with adobe. But I can't figure out how! I would rather do that then keep switching programs. Could I get some help?

But if knowone can awnser that, could someone tell me how to hear what I'm capturing(the sound) when I'm using WMM?

First, go read these guides to capturing with ATI cards.

If your ATI card is even compatible with Premiere Pro, when you start a new project go to Custom Settings>Capture and use the dropdown box to select the ATI card/driver if it is listed. If it is not listed then it is not compatible.

Why not Capture in Windows Movie Maker

Save the Movie File in high quality (600x400 or higher)

the import it into Premiere...

SImple, Sure you have to switch windows but atleast Premiere has EXCELENT tools

When you capture your not supposed to hear anything. only through your mic. You'll have sound when you edit it.
