Nah, my hints were supposed to direct you toward, specifically, the Veyron . Made in Molsheim, Alsace. Designed by Warkuss, working for Volkswagon group (owned by Piech) in conjunction with Bugatti (started by Ettore Bugatti). 16.4 refers to the engine.
