Every Tech Support I've called have been retards who just constantly transfer me. Sounds like they have an easy plush job. All they say is You need ______ Department. Please hold while I transfer you.

Im surprised they didn't use a thick accent for the Tech Support guy because every tech support I get I can barely understand the person on the line.

I've actually ran into tech support people that speak English. :O Of course, that's 50% chance on Xbox tech support. EA tech support is always a thick accent.

I worked tech support at Best Buy... I know the pain! OH TEH PAIN!

That call's so true.. so true.
I was tech support for Verizon wireless, for quite a while.
Tech support sucks, but the thing that made it good was telling people what to do w/ their stuff or messing with them hardcore, I used to fake getting managers all the time and either transfer them to someone who has no idea or slightly change my voice.
Oh the fun times in tech support.
Watching the armor clad moustachee made me re-live my moments in tech support.

Well most tech support centers filled with people giving useless help are in India now-a-days. (P.S. I'm Indian, so don't call me racist)

Hai, but from a business standpoint such as RT, they'd probably lose a some viewers and upset most of the Indian community. We all know how old people roll these days. And 99.99% chance there's no Indiana character model. I also do get regular English speaking types these days. Just call Xbox tech support before 5 PM Western time and you're good.

I don't think people would have been offended by an Indian tech support guy because most tech support people you talk to are Indian. And if they did want to have an Indian tech support character they could have just used the Bidderman character model, he looks somewhat Indian, actually he looks like a tribal person, but it would have been close enough. But it don't really matter now, I like the dwarf tech support guy.
