:D Namco is popping out another one this time for the wii ^O^
I'm stoked for this game as frankly, the first one rocked so hard my socks are all the way in Japan thanking Namco right now xD
Anyways, this is a sequel and it was let known of on July 20th but hasn't gotten much hype until just now with this video from the Tokyo Game Show recently.
I am fangasming all over the place XD Let us fangasm together and spam tales quotes every place
My latest journal is chock full O info too. Pardon the occasional squee >3>
Why would there be a second Sheena? -_- Seriously man, think before ya post.
Sheena's last name is Fujibayashi and there was a Suzu Fujibayashi is Tales of Phantasia.
So IF there was going to be "a second sheena" in the game, it would have to be one of her decedents and that would mean she'd have to be older, and this game is only 2 years after the first game.
Well that wouldn't be in Tales style anyway. They always create a brand new team of characters with their own personality and I like it that way. If they were to merely copy one of their old ones, which I highly doubt, no, INDUBITABLY KNOW they would not do that, then that would just be a rehash and not very fun to play.
you think any of the fan couples are going to happen? i mean the story takes two years after the Symphonia game you think Zelos and Sheena have seen eye to eye or i suppose thats more of Zelos's problem than it is Sheena's
I think that Regal and Presea may have something going on XD Nah, I dunno seriously.
Genis likes Presea Collette likes Lloyd Sheena likes Lloyd Lloyd is clueless Regal sees Alicia in Presea a bit so uhm... -cough- PEDO -cough- And Zelos hits on anything with a female figure
Presea and Raine have no interest in anyone from the game but of course fans will always have their odd pairings of Lloyd and the professor and such. xD
I've actually only recently gotten into Tales of Symphonia, and I'm still not horribly far into the game (I'm playing it with a friend and we both have to be free to play it), but I love it so far. It has a battle system much improved over Tales of Phantasia, and the voice acting is far superior to Tales of Eternia. This is good news, indeed, since it would be a pretty big disappointment if this was the only sequential game.
The video quality was terrible, but that can't be helped, a small glimpse of Llyod at the end obviously means we'll be seeing him again, I wonder if the voices shall be the same as the first Symphonia...
It's already been announced though that no characters will be fighting with you and that all the cast of the first Symphonia will make NPC appearances. We'll see them ALL again. I wrote that down in that info filled journal >.>
