Anyone else realize that Regal's shackles were off in the trailer?
Discuss! :O
I for one hope that if we do have to face him as a boss in the game he still abides by his vow to never use his hands for killing again. Because after seeing what he did to that cell in the first game that'd be pretty rough no?
Also it is now obvious i think that there will be more than just Emil and Marta fighting alongside monsters, as i have deducted through use of trailers and this picture here ;O
The way i see it there are a few possibilities for these two unknowns: 1) They are teammates 2) They are enemies (that may or may not become teammates) 3) They are monsters that can take on a human form 4) They are monster tamers as well
I do not know what to think at this point though as because they are not shown as teammates in any screenshots, and seem more boss like in one of them where Emil is shown being stricken, though i figure that the damage could also be going to a monster as the little explosion of light is a little far away from Emil. As for the girl, i have not a clue what she is firing he gun at.
It is also difficult to tell because they are smiling in the group shot up top, and just seem the cheerful teammate type XD
I am also thinking that pink haired dude with the glasses may join ya~
As I remember reading in an interview, was probably in Nintendo Power, the little girl is under Lloyd in the Church of Martel, and the blue haired dude is her servant/butler-esque.
Means they may very well be enemies if so. Though previous cast members have been seen in friendly situations with our current protagonists so yeah, possibly not. But if they are under Lloyd, a very BIG possibility is they are being sent to stop Emil & Marta in whatever they are doing.
Probably so if from nintendo power too, but eh, i think i shall turn away from the bittersweetness of the spoilers >3< Have fun discussing w/o me >_<
Also i have a very out there theory on the changing of Emil's eye colors and personalities. Expheres, or maybe even Crucis Crystals, the same as how Presea was very withdrawn in the first game, could very well control other emotions as well. Just a VERY out there theory don't even feel the need to respond to it less you want to. Maybe growing inside of him, maybe attached some odd way, again, just a theory.
Same as Marta and the crystallization on her forehead. It may have some connection. I just don't think we have seen the end of Expheres in the Symphonia series~
Well, I would like to say that I just recently got a Wii. And I loved Tales of Symphonia on the gamecube. Storyline - good Character Development - good Fighting Style - good Game Theme - good
Everything about that game was AWESOME. I can't wait for this game. It's the first that I've heard of it!
The "Robin joke" isn't really a joke. I don't know the names of the voice actors that did Robin or Liquid Snake offhand, so I would've asked the same thing for who'd be voicing Lloyd or Kratos. Srsly, nobody's bashing Symphonia or out to get you. We love the game just like you do. Besides, what's wrong with a joke? I for one would get a good laugh out of a pic of Lloyd with a birdarang Photoshopped into his hand.
I for one hope he is, as SCOTT MENVILLE didn't voice Lloyd in Radiant Mythology and that made me sad. He makes a good Lloyd.
Also, they'd better have a camera that doesn't just focus on the first player when multiple people are playing. It was annoying when nobody but Lloyd could see what they were doing and people were dying left and right because of it.
I had the same problem with multiplayer except replace the camera focus from Lloyd to Kratos, and Genis not dying because my friend spammed quick higher level spells and ran around a lot.
Slowpoke reply is slow, but you can change Vesperia's camera to pan in and out to show all human-controlled characters on screen at once. Most likely Dawn of the New World will, too.
