So for the past week or so I've been going insane cause I can't remember for the life of me a game that was on the Sega Saturn. I've tried googling it, but I don't remember enough about it to really make an effective search. I was hoping with my vague description someone out there could tell me the damn game so I'd stop obsessing over it.
Anyways, I remember it was a pretty creepy game with a male main character. You start out in a village or some small town of a sort. I can't remember much of the towns folk, but I do remember the guy that was the doctor or something was an ass. For some reason, the moon and a fountain really stick in my head and I want to say they make a big point in the storyline. A short ways into the game, the main character and the towns people all get transported to some alternate dimension of some sort, where there is a big castle. Everyone gets trapped in cages and other devices, except the main character, and people begin to die and get killed by... I think creatures or something. You have to save people some how and get back to your dimension.
I don't really remember much other than that. I used to watch my dad and his friend play it when I was little, but neither of them even remember the game, and I just can't stop thinking about it now.
