I'm still holding out hope. But if it doesn't deliver.... I'm going to have to say good bye to bioware and EA.

I can do it! I think the only game I ever wanted to play was mass effect. I loved dragon age origins but 2 just killed it for me. If I start reading reviews on 3 and people loving the crap out of it I might give it a shot.... Other than that, I'm done.

I'm not gonna swear off Bioware games, but I'm definitely going to be a lot more cautious in deciding to buy any of their games from now on.

I started playing DA2, and I'm actually enjoying it. Probably because I expected it to be a terrible game. Not saying it's great, but it is fun.

I think I'm only half way through right now, so I haven't run into those problems as far as I know. I do think I may have accidentally open up the romance option with Anders. Don't understand why they didn't give me a middle ground option. I don't want to fuck him but I don't want to be a dick to him either.

I'm sure after some calibrations Bioware will do better. No promises for EA though.

I bought Mass Effect 1 twice for 360 (gave one copy away to a friend to get them onto it) and 2 once for the PC.

I illegally obtained 3...

...so that's where I stand.

Have you seen David Gaider's post about companions in Dragon Age 3? Well, it's about their armor but same difference.

Interesting concept and I approve. But things change in production. I will wait till after the game comes out and read a few reviews.

Thing is there are a number of cemeteries in Halifax Nova Scotia where many of the dead were buried. One in particular has a grave site for a Jack Dawson. When the film came out hundreds of girls flocked to the Fairview Cemetery to place flowers etc.

I might be willing to be generous to kids who for whatever reason never learned about it in history class, and by that I mean kids under like 15 years of age. If you're an adult and don't know that, you need to get pistol whipped.

I don't even remember when I first heard the story. I was definitely young though. Long before the movie came out, but I always loved history.

Thing is, though, it's more than just history. I hate the term, but it's modern folklore. It's one of the biggest losses of human life in the last century not perpetuated by war or human conflict. At least, I think it's one of the biggest losses...and yes, I know we just passed 100 years. Nonetheless, how the hell is this not one of those things everyone knows? It's like World War 2, or the dinosaurs, or the year 2000. Not everyone knows the details, but I would've thought surely everyone would know that it happened
