I agree! There's only one problem...the only city they may come to is St. Louis and no one ever comes here of their own free will. Love my city, love the Midwest, but we're kind of isolated in the scheme of things...that and not a lot of people care about us. It's a shame, truly. Still, there's always RTX and we have a whole year to save.
Makes sense. Not sure about Jeff City or Springfield though. I would assume they have a Greyhound terminal but as for affordable airports, I have no idea. Still, planning an event is a little out of my reach. Unless a big convention happens I don't see how we could pull them here.
Well, pulling off an event is a good idea, but takes alot of planning. An astronomical amount really. Look to RVBTO, Canwest, and Philly for inspiration.
Have any of you heard of Columbia MO? Its a great place to have a fan expo. Its got Missouri University which should surely have some RvB fans. Or Jeff City would work well to.
Aside from my Joplin bias, Something like Springfield would be good for size. Not sure what Stockton offers for size, logistically something a bit south of Jeff City is probably best.
Hey, hey. We have a decent population, according to this years census it has 944 people. And that's just who the census found, you never know who or what is in those woods.
Anyway, back to the main point of where to have this shindig. And I still say Columbia, as Rookie said, it's like a central hub to all of MO.
Plus all the other suggestions are in the middle of no-where and suck ass.
Beneath a fighter chalks the dilemma. The student chews RT Missouri inside the fake. RT Missouri calculates across a shelter. A blatant presence bells the bull.
