Speaking of, is anyone else interested in this little obscure show called Red vs. Blue that just started it's 10th season? I hear good things about it.
If anybody else needs the firefight achievements or vidmasters for halo 3: odst, i need them as well. if interested send me a message on here or on xbox live, N1ghtHawkZer0
I managed to get in a game during a recent Halo 3 game night. Bad news: Geoff wasn't on when I started playing, good news: Caleb, Fragger, and Ray were on, and the Ice Cream Man game we played (which I was part of, the guy who looks like Washington) was uploaded as a Game Night video last week.
What it lacks unfortunately is any trace of a story, likable characters, some sort of coherency, a pseudo-realistic style trying way too hard to be hip and a target audience that doesn't make you want to bash their heads in with a rusty crowbar.
Didn't mean to sound snippy but oh well, my apologies.
If you want to see a good found-footage film that was sadly quite overlooked earlier this year (it somehow made 800% of it's budget and yet no one I know has seen it, odd) is Chronicle. The trailer doesn't exactly do it justice, but I was sucked into this movie from beginning to end, and can't stop thinking about it.
God bless the ability to not understand emotion over text.
On a happier note, I just got a 1400 Microsoft Points card for $0.13. I guess it sounded right to the cashier because I got it with another $10 item, but I just grabbed my treasure and ran.
I probably could have explained this a little better, but I was at Best Buy buying a case for my mom's Kobo eReader. I picked up an Xbox card with it as well. I suppose something screwed up in the server, because the card was only listed as $0.13. Even though it clearly said $19.99 on the card, I guess the woman wasn't paying very much attention, and $11.57 sounded right for the two items. It may have also helped that I gave her exact change.
My friend actually tried to buy one right after me, but the other cashier noticed.
