Hey everyone, I've posted this in my journal and on other places on RT but never got around to posting in the actual machinima forum where it belongs. Anyway, I would like to present FSMG's Reach machinima series called Catalyst. Essentially I'm looking for constructive criticism as my group continues to develop the series. By no means do you need to watch all of them to understand what is going on, but there is certainly an over-arching storyline for which I would also appreciate constructive criticism. Enjoy!
i only watched episode 1 but from that i can say: i liked the camerawork, the story was respectable but i found one of the voice actors to get the common pop sounds in his mike and if he has not done already, invest in some way to get rid of the popping other than that it seemed quite good, considering its age 1000 views doesent seem like enough views for that
Only had the chance to watch the trailer thus far. Will look at the episodes when I get some more time.
The look of the shots in the trailer looked well done. You have a good finesse of the camera control, plus are a great puppeteer, or have great friends who can do that with you.The story seems to be interesting from what I gleamed, and has me interested to watch the series.
I just hope the idea I have for a five episode arch comes across looking that good.
Wow, this is some really good work. The soundtrack use is good and a lot of that cinematography is really great, especially during a lot of the action scenes. Well done.
Episode 1 is pretty nice but the voice acting can be put on a bit to much at times but everything else is in order especially your camara work jesus that was the best thing about it
