i find i play both, typically i play RTS and MMO on computer, like starcraft or guild wars. and I play alot of the other stuff on consoles, halo, GTA, etc
I play most games on Xbox, since I've become such an achievement whore. But I did recently get myself a pretty nice gaming PC so if there are PC exclusives I will play them on there.
Xbox, because i haven't really gotten around to building anything up to par, but seeing as how GTA:5 will be dropping soon, i have a feeling that will change...
Experiencing GTA on a PC is amazing, i worked through 1, 2, london, 3, vice city, and SA on PC. Playing 4 on Xbox just didnt feel right....
As a poor student, I can't afford to buy any consoles.... So I'm a PC girl atm... I do use Steam, and I think it's a great system, but I prefer to have my games on my desktop. There's a few games I'd rather play on Xbox, or that are only available on Xbox (as far as I know, though that may be a local thing), so I'm pretty sure I'll end up buying one as soon as I can afford it... Right now rent and food are more important, though :)
I play my 360 the most. I like earning achievements and also the controller is better then the PlayStation in my opinion. When a good single player game comes out on PS3 like Uncharted I will play that.
I play Xbox most of the time, but ever since I got a MacBook pro I started play steam games like Portal and Left 4 Dead. I still prefer Xbox because thats what all of my friends play.
My PC isn't as good as my Xbox when it comes to playing the newest games, but I enjoy the occasional game of Republic Commando. It's old, but the Trandoshans are great fun to kill.
I play on pretty much both Ps3 and Xbox 360, but i have certain games for certain systems... Like on the 360 I play games like Halo, Borderlands, and Madden. And on the Ps3 I mainly play Skyrim and inFamous, :)
I typically will get single player games like Skyrim for PC because mods can extend game play.
But games that are more multiplayer oriented I get for Xbox because that is what most of my friends have and I dont have to worry about cheaters as much/or at all.
I used to be all about PC gaming. But once XBOX Live got good and my friends moved away Xbox gaming has become my preferred method. It started as just for online but as I played more and more games using the Xbox just became natural.
My PC is about 8 years old at this point. Any day now, I'll boot it up and a little box will pop up that says "Just leave me to die, you cheap bastard". In other words, Xbox all the way!
Although Minecraft is tempting me to risk the death of my PC. I don't have Live so its the only way I could get it, damn you Notch and your addictive cubes!
I just recently got rid of my consoles for money cause I was having financial problems. Turns out I really didn't miss it. I have been playing on the PC for years and I take the Mac everywhere with me so I just play League of Legends and WoW most of the time. My PC is super nice and I always upgrade it so I stopped worrying about it. haha... But I would love to have another Xbox just to have it!
I favor PC games and PC gaming, but I haven't the money for a proper rig to play the super cool good games. I have an Xbox for that reason, and I do enjoy it, but I haven't even turned it on for a few months, really.
I play my PS3 the most because it's my media hub (Blu-ray and all that) and I prefer the exclusive games on it. But it does have some issues that could be worked out like cross-chat, a better store, and less game updates.
I play mostly on my PC because: 1) I only have a Wii and a Playstation (1) for consoles 2)The Steam Achievement Notification makes me happy 3) I am too lazy to get an XBox 4) My mother accidently bought a really good gaming desktop computer, and never uses it for its intended purpose.
I'm pretty much strictly PC gaming now. I have a 360 but I feel the current generations of consoles are now lagging behind PC's. I'll still get 360 exclusives but if I can get it on a PC I will.
