Lightswitch? Interesting. I wonder if it turns on the light bulb that floats over my head when I get an idea, because I haven't gotten it to work sense I got my head stuck in that revolving door.
I just read Bungie.net, and it said that these achievements are the first steps towards being able to unlock Recon armor for yourself in the upcoming Halo 3: Recon game. TheRecreator is right! Check it out for yourselfes!
i find it takes so long to go up if your good cause uv got really high skill and ur against folk with even higher skill, why cant i play some noobs for once, just once, its not to much to ask
It doesn't give achievement points because once you get this and the other three vidmasters (7 on 7, Annual, and Brainpan), Bungie will eventually have some kind of reward. They haven't said what, but I'm guessing it's some kind of armor or emblem or something that will give you some minor appearance difference. You can get the first three now, but Brainpan needs to get all the mythic skulls. I'm betting that once the full mythic pack comes out, there will be a time limit to get the last achievement to get whatever the prize is, but I'm just guessing.
I got to 62 EXP over the weekend and still no bleep bloop... Anyone know if they bumped it up? My next rank up isn't until 150 EXP. Still working on it though. And I've noticed during double EXP weekends you run into some sick mother fuckers. I played 6 different brigadiers this weekend...
This is what I know about these achievements. The first three (Annual, 7 on 7, Lightswitch) can be obtained now. The fourth one (Brainpan) can only be obtained when the Mythic map pack is released. Also, I read at Bungie.net (I don't know where exactly, but I'm guessing one of the weekly updates) that there will be three more Vidmaster achievements released with Halo 3: ODST.
How many is that all together? Low and behold, 7 Vidmaster Achievements! When you obtain all seven achievements you are rewarded with the oh so elusive, Recon armour. Lovely!
This one is tremendously easyt or hard depending if you are good ay 3 ball. When double exp comes along and it is 3 ball you acually get 4 exp for getting in 1st so just win 13 games in 1st in 3 ball and bam theres the achivement.
LOL that happend to me but it got lifted yesterday! time to NOT cheat anymore good job bungie i really thought they didn't catch cheaters but i was wrong, won't be doing that anymore
This is the last one I need before I finally get Recon, if I play for too long I'm probably going to end up like Geoff after that 10,000 Gamerscore bet. Props to Geoff.
It was really easy with legendary brawl this weekend. Only needed 25 top half wins and I got came from behind, kill frenzy, defend this, and double double in the process. Now I just need the other three for that goodie...
When you do all the Vidmaster achievements it will give you Recon armor. You cannot get Brain pan yet because not all the maps have come out, but when Halo: ODST comes out those maps will come with it.
