Now for this skull you have to keep walking around the map until you reach the end where there is a very large drop, now go into forge mode and continue to go upwards and on one of the beams will be the orbital skull. hope this helps

It's in an elevator shaft. Enter monitor mode and you should see it tucked away up in there. Near where rockets spawn. Just exit monitor and hold RB. If other people need it (it will not respawn!) jump down with it and drop it but if you fall with it you'll have to restart the match. Any one can pick it up and BLEEP-BLOOP.
