What is the best way to get this one. I have done this one over and over again but still not gotten the achievemnet for it. I put it on normal, put on three or four skulls, put three on the silver one too, and I always get over 15,000 on it. But I never get the achievement.

I always put 4 or 5 skulls, depending on the mission, but i also kind of cheat, I always get a second cuntroller... Btw

You need to be in free for all metagame to get the achievement...

Just put Thunderstorm, Tough Luck, and Catch skulls on while on normal difficulty. Should give you enough points.
