was able to get this during the section where sully carries charlie with the broken leg.
when you come to the section where there is a large section of stairs and 2 riot shield enemies along with a heavy shotgun and 2 other standard enemies come down, take out the regulars and the heavy should lob a grenade. try to toss it behind both of the riot shields and they should die from the explosion.
