Same Problem,finished on Hard and didn't unlock the achievement! Don't Know why,I selected New Campaign and didn't use cheats

god dam this achievement, all the way through on hard and no pop. all because i went to softlock for 5 mins to see the difference

I do believe you must pass it with FREE AIM on
