Looking backSo ive been B'awwwwing at all the old journals that i had written and looking at where everyone's gone since then...
It's so weird to see how much i've changed since way back when i was just a kid. It's really cool that as a community, RVB has kept this place alive and let me come back and see all my old memories.
I love that feeling as if i'm able to speak to the younger me, and currently, im speaking to the future me. Like a kind of time anomnomnomaly.
If i could say anything to the past me it wouldve been to write more... you were so optimistic and had so much to say, but never did. Other people might not have appreciated your words back then, but now they're so valuable.
To the future me, i'd like to say that that kid who started out making journal entries was just a kid. Dont take everything he said too seriously... You're now a grown up who's made sacrifices to be where you are, regardless of where that is. I really hope you followed your dream, it would suck if you cant, but dont beat yourself up man. The real life is a lot different to what that kid thought. And never stop learning, you dont live long enough to know everything, but you can get pretty damn close.
