Hi, everyone, i'm new to the site but i want to know what peoples favourite games are and what people think they are good and what weaknesses they have in the gaming world
Far Cry 2 The game was pretty good, but the map editor made the game amazing. I was able to recreate my neighborhood and have good time gun battles and blow up mine and my neighbors cars and the local gas station :)
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, I still remember being unsure about buying the game for months, finally purchasing it for the Xbox 360 and not playing another game for months. There was just so much to do and more of the guild quests were satisfying than in Skyrim. The leveling might have been a little bit broken but it made me skip about with glee getting my acrobatics up. Shivering Isles added SO much to the game as well. Easy second is Fallout 3, I just love Bethesda games.
when i was a wee-lad my favorite game was and to this day will still be Super Mario RPG: legend of the seven stars also others were the timesplitters series and resident evil 4 i just got the HD remake of it for 360 and im trying to get all the bottlecaps for a whopping 150g
Good question! I tend to like RPGs such as Skyrim and Fallout 3 but the Halo series and Minecraft are my other favorites. What is your favorite game maker of all time? Like Bethesda or Notch. XD
to be honest with you, ensemble has to be up there umong 343 or bungie but i can see why the makers such as rockstar, activision are like so much as the cod and gta games are loved by so many gamers, but for me in terms of makers, i would have to say 343 industries.
Either Halo franchise in general or Civilization 2. I've tried the newer iterations but always went back to Civ2.... I'm not sure how many hundreds of hours I've played that game. I got when I was 12, and I'm 28. I've been playing it for 57% of my life!
This is a tricky one. There are so many great games out there, but I suppose there is one that has earned a special place in my heart. Legend of Dragoon. which I think didn't get enough recognition because everyone was jizzing themselves over FFVII at the time. I could go on and on about it, but I'll just shut up about it for now.
Now with more recent games I love the Mass Effect series and Dark Souls as well. I'm addicted to minecraft 360 and I do like the Halo games, though I can't call it my favorite.
I think I might get some hate? but Shadow of the Colossus, it was a good open game, i spent alot of time just following turtles and climbing things I shouldn't have been, one of the first games for the PS2 I loved. And FF8... yeah, sorry.
Depends what genre you are talking about. If it's all time favorite, It has to be Skyrim. Second favorite would be Halo 4. Although I do find myself playing Goldeneye 007 and Perfect Dark for the N64 a lot lately. Those games just never get old.
Wow its times like this when I feel every year. I would have to say my favorite game of all time is Scorched Earth.. The mother of all games. Even though no one here has probably even heard of it.
If I judge it based on how many hours I've put into it then it's probably between Guild Wars and Dark Souls. Hard to choose between them but I think I have to go with Dark Souls. Such a fun and addicting game.
Banjo-Kazooie. I dont know if i would really consider it my favorite game, but nostalgia punches me in the balls everytime i play it. Usually when i play it, i never stop either so, id go with that
I think the only way to answer this question for myself is to mention the games that no matter the circumstances, and no matter how busy my life is, I can't help but stop whatever I'm doing and start up a fresh game or continue on a massive grind session for an old one. These games are Final Fantasy VII, Super Mario 64, and The Legend of Zelda: OoT. I know that's more than one game, but I can't pick between those, I seem to love them all equally.
