Official Quicktime files are recommended and preferred. If they don't work for some reason, try all of the mirrors. No seriously, try them all - they're all different versions of the same video. If you need 7zip to uncompress the Windows files, download 7zip here.

If there something wrong the links on the FAQ page? Because that's where RT provided the links to download the introslate and endslate. The only reason something like this should be posted is if there's something wrong with their links.

How does one insert the IntroSlate into his/her video? It's a .jpg... and I have no clue how to put that in a video.

In reply to Gunlat3M, #4: Depends on the editing software - most just allow you to use it like a video, when in practice, it simply copies the image to all frames in the duration of that "clip".

I recommend someone downloads and rehosts the 4:3. Rapidshare only allows for 10 downloads max before they take it off their servers. (We should intermittently bump this thread up so there'll be no more posts asking how to get these files.) Post edited 3/30/09 12:09AM

Just updated the first post with a link to the new intro slate in 1080p, as well as an updated link for the old materials. No 4:3 stuff right now.

My Pinnacle 12 won't let me bring in the End Slate from LBCountry to put into my video. Any ideas on how to fix that?

Is there any chance in getting a new endslate in a form other than .mov? I'm still having to use the old ones because the none of the software I have can use .mov files

The New 2010 end slate won't load for my at present. Dunno if anyone else has that issue, but I'll try again tomorrow night.
