My initial suggestions regarding the RvB weekend 1) Plan to arrive Thursday evening and stay until Sunday night - of course you can arrive earlier/leave later if you want :) 2) Try and arrange for some RvB/RT official involvement - maybe an RvB pre-race party on Friday/Saturday? 3) Try and arrange a group booking at a hotel - or is camping a better option? Rent RVs? 4) We all get general admission tickets avoiding the problems that come with trying to get tickets in the same place Comment below and we can solidify the plans.
