We are just a group of RT fans making an RT game, and you can help!!!

You don't need to directly assist in development to join the group.

This group is for people to show support for the game as well.

Hello!

So as you may have heard based on the fact that you are reading this right now, this is the official group for the up-coming unofficial Rooster Teeth game! If by some strange cosmic coincidence you have found this page, but don't know about the soon-to-be existence of such awesome as that of a Rooster Teeth game please allow me to explain. This is a project to make a game about Rooster Teeth...that's really about it.

Listed Below is a description of the game and a set of skills that we could us but if you don't have any of these skills FEAR NOT as you can also be extremely helpful by:

1) providing ideas for things you would like to see in the game including mini-games by leaving them in the group comments or messaging me (User: InfernoofWar)

2) telling everyone you know about the game and sending them here (this includes posting on the site in forums and journals as well as other places on the web like Facebook and Twitter)

A DESCRIPTION OF THE GAME ITSELF:
The game is planned to be a top down grid based game that looks kinda like this

It is set in Austin where you will be able to explore the RT offices as well as many places talked about in the podcast and do things like watch RT videos in the Alamo Theater or play mini-games like a Mortal Combat style version of Mr. Burnie Burns fighting a variety of animals! If everything goes the way it is looking like it will then the game should be playable online so you can have all of this fun with your friends as well.

WANTED SKILLS

The following is a list of skills we need for the development of the game in order of importance (this will change every now and then so check back). Just because you can't do any of these things doesn't mean you can't help by spreading the word to as many people as you can.

Graphics and Textures Artist
(Needs to know how to make computer generated art that can be given to programmers for use in the game)

Programmer
(All coding language skills can be put to use, but Java is preferred)

Animator
(Animators will be asked to create an opening scene for the game as well as some short transition effects)

Musicians
(Instrument is mostly unimportant, but will need to be able to create, preform, and record original music that will be used in the background of the game)

Hey there.

I just wanted to let everyone know that even though there hasn't been an update in a while, Project Cock Byte is still alive and is in fact in full swing development. We have dedicated all of our resources to the development of the core game. This creates some good and bad news, the bad news is that some previously mentioned mini-game demos won't be unveiled as soon as hope....
Instead they will be rolled into one BIG demo for the primary game that will be released for free download in a few weeks!!!! (That's the good news in-case you were wondering.)

Also, we have been making absolutely sure that the demo and game as a whole is filled to the brim with awesome content in light of some exciting news that we have recently received that sadly can't be revealed at this time. But don't worry, if you keep an eye on the site then I doubt you will miss it
