Mass Effect 3 (moar liek, Ass Affect 3?)Figured I'd pitch in my thoughts about ME3's ending.
**SPOILERS**
Simply put, everything up until the last ten minutes of the game was incredible. The ending kinda came outta nowhere, and did the worst possible thing a trilogy could do.
Have no closure.
That's its biggest issue. It doesn't end with any clear or finalized ending, (granted, it is AN ending).
Halo 3 & Gears 3 both ended a trilogy right, and it didn't matter whether they ended on a note of sadness or hopefulness, but they ended with a close (although Halo 3 had to leave the door open, clearly making room for Halo 4 XD).
Also, I'm starting to get a trend with game trilogies that they're all endi... Mass Effect 3 (moar liek, Ass Affect 3?)Figured I'd pitch in my thoughts about ME3's ending.

Also, I'm starting to get a trend with game trilogies that they're all ending on a note of building some massive super-weapon which solves everything. Halo pretty much went there & back way before any of these games! Its starting to become a real issue with a lot of these military sci-fi's. Also, the main plotline about their homeworld/planet asploding is also getting run a bit dry as well. I guess simplicity might be best, but they should try come up with something different XD /*Rant ends here. ima go back to programming now */
