Alright folks, I apologize for the lack of videos coming from me, but after pounding out almost 120 for Shadow Complex, I had to take somewhat of a break. But what I lack in video updates, I make up in FREE STUFF!!!
That's right, I've got two contests for you today and two fun ways for you to enter to win.
First up, I've got a few download codes for the Brütal Legend demo that doesn't go public for almost a week! That's right, the only way you can get access to this is if you pre-order the game at Gamestop, or if you win this contest. You'll be rockin' out with Eddie Riggs a week before anyone else.
"But Jack! What must I do to acquire such awesomeness??" you may ask, simple: ...

"But Jack! What must I do to acquire such awesomeness??" you may ask, simple: the first 32 people to set their PRIMARY IMAGE as their best METAL FACE get entered in to a tournament. For an example, check out my metalface, or this one:
Once you have uploaded your image to your profile and set it as your PRIMARY IMAGE, email me at jack@achievementhunter.com, with the subject "METAL FACE." Include a link to your profile that has your METAL photo. If you do not include a link, or use the incorrect subject line, I will not add you to the tournament.
That's right, I said TOURNAMENT, cause you readers out there are going to be the ones who decide two of the three winners. The two best images that win in a 32 person bracket tournament here on the site get a Brütal Legend demo download code. The third and final code will go randomly to everyone who enters.
This contest is open RIGHT NOW to the first 32 people who submit their METAL FACES to me!!
I've also been asked to mention the following:
You can also pre-order now at Gamestop for early access. Demo is available to all with pre-order codes on 9/17. The demo is open to all Xbox Live Gold Members on 9/24 and Xbox Live Silver and PSN members on 10/1/09. Gamestop Pre-order Page: http://www.gamestop.com/gs/landing/brtllgnd/default.aspx
This freshly downloadable game includes tons of the Nature Boy, Ric Flair:
I think it's pretty obvious what you are going to have to do. That's right...I want your best Nature Boy "WOOOOO!!!" on video. Feel free to include some sort of rant along with it, but what counts is the "WOOOOO!!!!"
I'll give you a bit more time on this one. You've got until Saturday night at midnight (PST) to send me an email with a YouTube link to your WOO! Send your submission to jack@achievementhunter.com with the subject "WOOOOOOOO!!!!!" Please, also mention Achievement Hunter in the description of your video on YouTube so we know it's for the contest.
Once we get all the submissions, I'll throw them in to a bracket and we'll do it tournament style just like the Brutal Legend one! WOOO!!
The best two WOOOOs and one randomly chosen WOOOOO will get a download code for the full Commander's Challenge video game, courtesy of Electronic Arts and Achievement Hunter. Because we love you. If you have any questions, ask them in the comments, I'll respond ASAP. There is a 32 person limit on submissions for the Brütal Legend demo code (cause we have to knock it out quickly) but the Commander's Challenge contest can have as many people as possible.
Alright folks, time to fill my inbox with METAL and WOOOOO! And....GO!
This is your only chance this year to pick up the "Remember September '44" achievement in the game, netting yourself a sweet 50G. All you have to do, is play Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway tomorrow, the 17th of September while signed into XBox Live.

I got my editing lappy back from the shop 2 days ago, and I got the new Star Wars: The Force Unleashed DLC last night. Add them together and you get a new Achievement Hunter video from me, the first in waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long. Featured are at least one new made up word, the 150th Fett death scene (it's Boba this time), and an old man with something in his pocket. The big ol' image above happens to be the link to said new video.

The new DLC, based on Tatooine, takes place during the original Star Wars saga, I believe during A New Hope. In this scenario you've replaced Vader as the main scary dude and general badass, and R2D2 and C3PO are indeed the droids you're looking for. Along the way you run into Jabba the Hutt, his pet rancor, your old pal Proxy, the Millennium Falcon, Boba Fett, and Obi Wan Kenobi (the old version). It's amazing how many awesome proper nouns are in this DLC, considering its total playtime is under an hour.
There's one other video coming from this DLC containing the other 3 achievements (there are 2 in this video, as indicated by the above image), but you'll have to wait until later this week to see it.
Hey Everyone,
Today's video is part three of my Wolfenstein collectibles series. We'll be getting all of the gold, intel, and tomes in the game, working toward four Achievements, despite Burnie's attempts to derail the video and all of my hard work.

TrueAchievements.com would like to cordially invite all gamers to attend our “NBA LIVE 07 Online with 1,000 people†rally/game session! This rally is focused on obtaining such elusive achievement which most say it’s impossible to get. We believe with your help we prove them wrong! This gaming session will be held on Saturday October 3rd, 2009 2pm Eastern Standard Time for a minimum of 2 hrs.
The key to our success is your assistance in promoting the event. Pass on the word to all your Xbox live friends, tell them to pass it on to their friends, post it and support it on all the gaming forums and networking sites you belong to.
We ask for all participants to be courteous and show up early and stay for the minimum 2hrs so those that may run late can still join in and obtain the achievement. Please do not leave the session once you’ve obtained YOUR achievement.
Please see the links listed below for all the official links to the session, official forum (with additional hints, tips, time zone info and important resources) and the official News Release from TrueAchievements.com
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is greatly encouraged, but not required, to create an account on TrueAchievements.com and officially enrol in the gaming session. This will allow for better tracking and mass email updates. If the enrolment to the session gives you an error of “session is full†don’t worry about it, just retry a few moments later as it’s trying to catch up with sign ups.
This is a great opportunity for our community to team up with other achievement communities and get this achievement unlocked! I will post a reminder as October 3rd draws closer, but until then, spread the word. They need 1,000 gamers!

Hells yes. Tomorrow, a person favorite of mine, for obvious reasons, Sonic & Knuckles is releasing on XBLA. I figured I'd share the experience of playing it with you with some AHTV action at 3:00 PM PT/6:00 PM EST/11:00 PM GMT.
So, drop on by the Achievement Hunter TV page embedded in our site, or conversely, check out the Ustream page. If you want to view the video or accompanying chatroom in their own individual pop up windows, those links are for that.

Five Half Life 2 Guides When making a news post on AH, we normally throw up the tiles for each Achievement earned in a video. I'm not going to do that in this post, as Kaisonic's five Half Life 2 videos cover about 40 of them. Instead, let me just give you a quick rundown of these awesome community videos.
