Why pot legalization in California is __As I sit here watching the news, I can't help but noticed all the people they have interviewed on the subject of pot legalization, could pass for a modern day stoner comedy character. One guy, author of Tax Win, Tax Pot, sounds like an elderly Peter Fonda. As he stands there, in his business suit and cowboy hat, I can't help but noticed that he has no argument.
He basically just spent his time talking about HOW you can tax pot like wine, but not WHY we should.
