ChangeMonday night I was sitting on rooster speak listening to the podcast as I normally do and then at the end of the podcast Burnie took the podcast on a serious note and it left me stunned and unable to talk and I was left there for 45 minutes thinking about my life and everything like that and I decided that I need to change the way I was because I was starting to become distant to everyone I cared about because honestly I don't know why.

I've spent today trying to be more active online and let some people know how I felt about them and how much they mean to me and I am going to try and do that more often.
