NBA Finals: Insights
So, the NBA Finals have concluded. My thoughts? Well deserved win for Nowitzki and the Mavs. It's a win that is way overdue. Dirk really deserved in this time. Well, Kidd deserves a ring, too, so two birds in one stone. Actually, I did root for another team. The mighty Lakers. Although they lost to the Mavs in an upsetting sweep, it was really the Mavericks' time. All in all, the team who swept the reigning champs would be the most deserving team to win the ring, Congrats to the Mavs.
And the Heat? Good job on coach Spoelstra's part. Well, as Dan Gilbert said, the are NO shortcuts to a ring. I agree, it does not take one summer to build up a ring that is deserving to be crowned the champs.
