Airing some grievancesMy sponsorship rids me of ads on the site and that is awesome, but I still have to watch the ads in the podcast, which I find much more intrusive and annoying. I would gladly pay another $5 just to not see them, and maybe some extra/exclusive content every once in a while would be good.

A two tiered system would be awesome where we pay a little bit more and we don't have to see the ads in the podcast. They might still be in the live podcast but in the video/audio podcast they could insert the messages in podcast in post and give us a version that doesn't have the ads in them.
