Its called a WidgetHey Jack
Big fan from up in NB Canada (go to Canada turn right until your feet get wet). I'm a few days late but I just watched the pod cast. It is called a widget, the thing in cans of Guinness. It is to give the beer a nice head, and is a pressurized ball that is released when you open the can. I am fairly experienced in the bar industry up in these parts and have studied the alcohol industry both academically (university) and practically through hands on tasting and mixology. I really hope I don't sound like a dick, but it was driving me nuts so I wanted keep you informed. My girlfriend is sitting behind me scowling at me for sending this, in fact I had to download a new app on my iphone just to keep her busy for a few min.
New member to the website, but long time fan (over 5 year of Red vs Blue) new fan of achievement hunter (switching from PS) and really wish I was at RTX. Have fun and keep up the good work.
All the best
