Hey. Just a shot in the dark here, but would you happen to know anyone that needs a roommate for next year? My would be roommate bailed on me, so now I'm trying everything. Lol
Yea, its about 365 a month rent and you never have to turn on the heater during the winter time. Hell, I've had to keep the windows open a couple nights here because it was too cold.
