ughSo, my girlfriend and I have discussed the fact that I leave in June and won't be back untill august, after which I will be in Wisconsin and she will be in Minnesota. We agree that that is bad, and that therefore we don't really have a future. I have assumed that this officially ended our 'dating' status, but apparently not since tonight she teasingly but tactfully teased me about not having time to see her. This, I think, is not fair since she encourages me to do all the stuff that I do. Then, my mom gives me crap about going to caribou with 'a bunch of girls', meaning the group that I happened to have gone to my school's hocky game with, instead of 'doing something with my girlfriend', not to be vague or anything. 'I might have, if I had known she was home', which I didn't because she didn't answer her phone and didn't call me untill 10:30 at Caribou. At this, my mother huffs and stomps upstairs, shooting me dirty looks. GRR!!!

recent news= my grandma finally (in a bad way) died of brain cancer on Dec. 22, 2006
I got my Eagle Scout Dec. 19, 2006
I was accepted to the Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps, and am totally pumped!
It means I'm gone from late May to Early August, but it is SO worth it.
hope to see you around soon, gotta go finish homework. yay.
almost forgot, after I went to the Reel Big Fish/MxPx concert, I went to Red Hot Chili Peppers and then the Barenaked Ladies. they both kicked pretty major ass.

I'm back, don't tellma 'n' pa don't know I'm on here.
I've gotta bust my ass to try to whip the trumpets into shape, and now I'm the bad guy to my mom. wow...
apparently expecting people to show up for sectionals is too much to ask... and they complain when I have something going on from 12 noon to nine at night with no rest... and I have to get up early to read 'All the King's Men'... fun.... not

SWEETSo, last sunday I went to a concert. It was sweet. Whole Wheat Bread opened in their all-black punk-band awesomeness, followed by the amazingness that is the ska of Streetlight Manifesto. the sweet ska sounds of Reel Big Fish followed, with the LCP sounds of MxPx finishing out the night
