3 MonthsHard to belive so much time has gone by since my last Journal. Getting lazy in my old age.
Somethings that have been going on:
The Redskins are looking great, while I'm not clamoring for a championship this year, I am excited our team is turning that corner and we have our guy at Quarterback. In RG3 I trust.
In gaming, I have been overrun by Minecraft and it's current update. 1.8.2 is incredible, and yesterday I had a chance to jump on with my buddy Josh and his wife Tarra. We converted a NLC Village into one large house that is safe from the mobs, unless you stand outside the front door and get creeped. Happened atleast 4 times last night since we were playing on Hard. But over on Creative mode I have been playing alot trying to create some cool mountain-top estate. I'm sure that more will come, but for now I am super intertained.
Now over in real life, I found something today that got me excited about building a house. As many know I am and Architectural Intern. Prior to today I had heard of using this method, but never really found anything to take to the bank. Now I see that a company has started bulk production of house built from Shipping Crates. Got my attention. I want a house, and now I have a cool concept for putting one together at (hopefully) a lower price than an new home. Not sure if its going to pan out, but it is a start.
I can't belive Season 10 is about to wrap up, I have not order the DVD/Bluray yet. I am waiting till Christmas so people can have the opportunity to buy it for me. My wife hates it when I buy thing this time of year, she feels like she never gets me what I want because I always get it first. This is possible the best season so far. I still am thinking Season 6 is the best, but that may be taken over if these next two episodes go the right way.
My Sooners dropped it against K-State a few weeks back, but we have a chance to bolster our rank this week against the #5 Ranked Notre Dame Fighting Irish. I know we can win. We have a Championship Caliber team, we just need to do our part and get a little bit of help to get it done.

Over DueWell, it's be a while since I made a Journal. I'm over due.
It's been a busy last month or so. With a Giant move I am still trying to get the house organized while diving in at my job. I have put in long weeks.
I am really happy with how Season 10 is going. I am also happy to see that the Sponsor Download is back, it was a confusing situation and I am no longer upset.
Life is busy, I have my graduation party coming up on the 7th. I can't wait to see the friends and family that are coming.
Some things that have grown in my life include On December 12th 2011 my sister in Law Camilla had her baby Jacklynn on my wife and my 7 year dating anniversary. And just laste week my sister in Law Whitney had her son Riley on June 20th 2012, my wife and my 3 year wedding anniversay. We are setting a crazy ass precedent.
Some shows I have really gotten into Sonic for Hire, and MegaMan Dies at the End. Both are productions from LowBrow Entertainment, who did Clock Suckers for College Humor 4-5 years back. Go over to LowBrow.com to check it out.
I have been playing the shit out of Minecraft 360. Easily the best 20 bucks to spend. My only issue is that I am 3 acheivement away from 100% on this one, and I think it will be my first 100% game. They just updated to where you can't use the duplication glithes that were in, so for the on a rail I have to physically mine all the iron. That will take some time, then builing it will be nuts. I spent a lot of time working on making the world work for me, and now I will be busy trying finish up the achievements before I return to building some fun houses. My wife had shown interest in the game, but is not on board yet. I would like to have a game other than Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword that we both play. Honestly the only reason I play that game is to spend time with her.
Ok, I have run my typer long enough, back to work. Lots to do in the next few days/

Sponsor DownloadsGotta say, I'm a little way pissed that the main reason I sponsor on this site has been removed. Sponsors are no longer allowed to download episodes like they have been for the 5 prior years I was on this site.
I don't want to be super bitchy about this, but I am pissed. I feel like I have sent shit loads of money to RT for them to continue what they are doing, and the reward for that was always that I could download episodes and watch them on the go. Keep the current season on my phone. I always bought the DVD and I always responsered. I guess that is coming to an end. I really am pissed that I re-uped my sponsorship this go round.
I can't stress enough that I am a huge fan of RvB and RT. I have sent them hundreds of dollars over the years. Now looking at my other 'incentives' to sponsor I am affraid it's just not worth it. Not in comparision to the shit loads of money that RT is pulling in now. So fuck it, I am keeping my money. I have not other reason to sponsor. Unless things change I will be pulling the plug in December.
Also, I want my fucking money back.
I was promised in the 'what you get for sponsoring' shit that has been on this site that I would have exclusive ability to download episodes of RvB. That was not there when I re-uped and that looks to be gone per Ben.

Return of the Jedi (pronounce it jed-ee)Wow, seems like way too long since I have been posting a Journal. About 2 months? crap....
Life has been too busy. As it turns out, I am moving in about 2 weeks. Leaving the nesting ground of about 5 years here in Norman to go up to Broken Arrow, just outside of Tulsa. I have a position working for the same company, but will be in the general practice office. Way more experience in the direction I want to head.
The draft was pretty crazy, glad the Skins are now standing behind Robert Griffin III, hope he is going to have a successful career. All in all, I'm ready for some football!
Thunder are looking good, this could be the year.
I can't wait for season 10 to start. My wife is dreading it.... I will be way to focused on a show!
Haven't been circling new music here lately. I bought The Hunter from Mastodon and Inherited Repression from Psycroptic. Both were pretty good, have been really listening to The Hunter a lot.
School is basically done. I have one class tomorrow, and some homework to wrap up over the next few days, and that's it. I'm done, commencement is a week from Saturday. I am so pumped to be done with it all.
My wife has an interview for a job in BA Friday, she keeps saying how shes bad with interviews. I don't believe it. She is such a people person, I don't see how she wouldn't get anything she wants from anyone.

And there it went...So that was the NFL season, and I'm happy that the Pats lost. Not a Giants fan by any measure, but at least they won. My Skins beat them twice this year, so I'm pretty happy I have some bragging rights.
School is a god damn blur right now. So much shit to do. Luckily I really only have to give a shit in studio.
My wife was in a wreck Monday, some DBag side swiped her when he tried to go straight in a turn only lane. He got the ticket and the fault and it looks like our car will be fixable. I hope they repaint the entire drivers side and replace the hubcaps. Not to mention that the door doesn't work and the car won't turn left. Kristi's a bit sore, neck mostly, but shes on meds to stop the spasms.
I got in my RvB swag and have worn my Church shirt about 10 times already, the Sarge shirt is getting a ton of time out and about too. I am holding on to my Reconstruction poster for now, I need to frame it and if I ever get down to RTX I am getting some autographs. Man cave material is abound.
Theres some cool shit going on for Reach right now. I just hit a 33000 cr Jackpot yesterday, instant promotion. I'm just really digging right now to get the Mark VI helmet. Last night I played for a little bit, and kept getting in some matches with guys ranked way the hell better than me, and I couldn't keep up. I died 3 times in 1 game but only got 2 kills because two guys on my team were just fucking brutalizing the other team. I almost didn't see anyone from the other team. Just no chance at all.

Wow where is the time going?Hey all, been busy the last....Month? Idk life keeps moving. I had a great holiday season with my family, got a copy of Reach and have been playing the shit out of it. So much that I decided XBL is going to become a huge part of my gaming life.
Schools back in full swing, I'm going to buy supplies for a model tonight and get building a huge freaking model of the base of my final studio project.
I just bought 3 shirts and a poster from the Last Chance section of the RT Store. A church, sarge, and a wash shirt. I also bought the Reconstruction Poster. I'm framing that bitch! One of my favorite seasons. I had to compromise and get the 2X wash shirt, they just ran out of 3X, so I guess it will be a goal for the weight loss I have been working on.
I'm at work now, had time off with a Upper Respitory Infection, no fun.....

This week.So I have made it out past my finals, thank god. My sister in law had her daughter, Jacklynn. Thats the first grandkid on my wifes side of the family, so thats pretty awesome.
The Redskins actually won a game this weekend, I still can't understand why we haven't played that well all season. I'll take it though. It has me more excited about next season for sure. We need a strong draft and offseason of signings to get our offense on track.
Work is great today, I haven't done anything for 2 hours, and it looks like that trend will continue. This might be the best week of work for me.
I have been listening to the back log of the Podcasts, i'm at 77 of 144, yikes..... I never got into Podcast prior to this current want. Good thing I have a chance to catch up on this. There are a lot of funny moments in the Podcast, and when the Animated adventures started coming out i thought I better check it out.
I was hoping to catch up before the 3rd year started, looks like I am on track, but if I keep working these hours it will be easy to keep up.
I'm so swamped. I haven't watched throught the Season 9 DVD yet. I was able to check everything out except the movie! So when I get a minute down, I will be popping that in. The reason this is important is that I am refusing to watch any other season before giving Season 9 it's due viewing. After that, back to watching them on loop untill the next season starts. I need to put them all on my Zune or my phone so that I have them to loop over and over again without having my dvd's at my side at all time.
So the holiday season is here. Christmas on Sunday, awesome. I'm not huge on having everyone know my beliefs, but I am happy I have 4 days to hang out with family and just not worry about anything.
Coming up is the 23rd, which is the day we rolled my truck last year. Still having a hard time not thinking about it all the time. They have been talking about the weather on Friday, snow/freezing rain mix. No fun. We have been talking about when we want to leave, I think Thursday night before the crap hits is going to win.

BCSWell the time has come again that the announcement has been made of who will play for the NCAA championship. What a suprise, LSU v. Alabama. Who gives a shit? Didn't we watch this already, didn't it suck. Nothing like 3.5 hours of next to no offense. When LSU wins again I will not be watching. I do not care and the only way to get the BCS to not be horrible is for people to stop watching. So I will be the first to say I think this set up is crap. Has been for years, we need playoffs and have since this system started. I do not feel like anyone other than LSU has earned a spot in the title game, but having LSU play a team they already beat when the Cowboys have made huge strides seems rediculous. I am not trying to blow on the OSU horn, I am however trying to say that this system sucks.
