Well anyways I said I'd be on a lot more but I had a lot more to do. Probably around the end of this month I'll be on regularly. But lets see what has been taking over my life.
Christmas
It wasn't that bad. Basically the whole day was spent on family. Didn't get a whole lot but then again I'm content with what I have so I'm glad if I got anything it was money. Although I wouldn't have minded rock band 2 or a pre-order for Mass Effect 2 which by then way I'm getting.
Ben's Leave
One of my friends here left for the military so we threw a big party with rock band and adult beverages. I do have to say though that I'm still pretty good at rock band while under the influence. A little worse at drums but that requires a hell of a lot more coordination.
New Years
Nothing really went on. Just spent the day with friends and went to bed around 8 or so. It's pretty late considering I still wake up at 2 in the morning.
Mother's Birthday
Yup. Momma's birthday happened on the 6th. Horray for my mommy! Spent the day with her, my sister, and grandmother.
Yup...I got married
As of January 7, 2010 I am a married man. Married on the on year anniversary of when we started dating. Both of us are still in love as we first met and it's not really going to change. Although she will be leaving for army duty at the end of the month, we will still be happy with each other. Really didn't think I'd be married at the age of 20 but hell there is room in my life for uncertainty. It was a cheap and fast wedding down at town hall. Then we stayed for two nights at the Hamtpon Inn hotel. Rooms were nice and so was the pool center. Even if the jets in the hot tub didn't work. Oh well. Now I gotta deal with soo much family I think I'm gonna explode.
On Thanksgiving Day I slept the whole day missing family, turkey, ect.
Black Friday I used the edge card and their special buy 2 used games get 1 free at gamestop. I purchased:
1. Dynasty Warrior Gundam 2 (Love gundams) 2. Saints Row 2 (played the first and > GTA) 3. Halo Wars (Eh it was cheap and movie cut scenes are awesomely orgasmic) 4. Gears of War 2 (It's a good game) 5. Far Cry 2 (Cheap and recommended) 6. Last Remnant ( Wanted to play a RPG and it was recommended)
I was preoccupied with Dynasty Warrior Gundam but my fiancee got tired of hearing it so I started to play Saints Row 2. Now here is a review in case you are interested.
Saints Row 2:
Story The story is pretty interesting. Basically it picks up where it left off where your guy is in a coma and you have to escape from prison. After that you build up "The 3rd Street Saints". Then you choose which gang you go after and it is a story within itself. Each story has some effect on the main storyline. The main storyline to which I am referring to is with Dex, Tony, Julius, ect. After conquering the 3 gangs you have to conquer a greedy business man and his army he's been building. There is a secret mission pertaining to the past which leads to a mixed conclusion. You can either read the story on wikipedia or just play 1 and 2. I personally had been engulfed with the story.
Extras: There are a ton of side missions you can do which is good cause you get respect from them which is needed to play the main missions. These various activities range from racing to spraying poo at people, and no I'm not kidding. Although some of these activities are harder than others *ahem escort* others can be fairly simple. It ranges a lot and is unpredictable. Especially when trying to hurt yourself in insurance fraud. Buying houses is a good plus giving you increased style, a place to get your weapons and cash, a place to acquire homies, and to play Zombie Uprising minigame which is awesome. Even when finished with the story there is still plenty to do in Stillwater.
Achievements: Do NOT get this game if you are looking to get quick and easy achievements. Granted you can get a few achievements off the bat there really isn't a lot to get in great succession. On average the easy ones are 5 points each. There are plenty of games to whore off of but this is not one of them; even if you plan on playing for a while. Co-op is a must to get around 500 GP.
So yeah I've been playing this games and ignoring some schooling but since I completed the storyline the spell this game had on me is broken. I probably wont play another game until the end of December because I have papers to write and a fiancee to not ignore. And yes I am a bad person for ignoring her but I plan on making that up. Also I'm planning on getting Windows 7 on Friday. Anyone who has it or has had experience with it have any feelings toward it? Cause I was choosing between 7 or Xp. I will probably post reviews to other games just to make sure I'm on this site.
I finally have a good pc that I can run games on and continue in Adobe fun. I put it together today and soon it should have either windows XP or windows 7 as an OS. Then I will probably run Left 4 dead 2 on PC, Probably a Call of Duty game and something else. Maybe look into a 3D animation program. I have 750gigs of fun at my disposal.
So any games that would be fun to play on the pc? Anything I could mess around with to make good machinima? Or any tips?
Couldn't wait the full 2 monthsUgh I can't catch much of a break. Just got done with a flu NOT H1N1, and now my friend's grandmother died.

oh well nothing much going on. Playing left 4 dead 2 and loving it. Can't play Modern Warfare 2 cause friend broke it when I got it. Oh and getting new computer hopefully tomorrow. I can't freakin wait. planning on putting adobe programs on there with some games I can mess around with for machinima.
Nothing much of an update though but then again I was sick the the regular non piggy flu. Going to try and be on to comment and antagonize but until then I sleep cause I have an hour before my physics class and then I'm practically free.
Well come the end of October I should be getting more free time. Here are some things occupying my time...
Fed Ex: Well I went from unloader to loader. It's very weird but more demanding mentally and less demanding physically. But this job has always taken up my time but it's still something that is in my life. Besides I'm coming up on my one year anniversary at Fed Ex.
Target: I started working Target about 2 months ago. I wanted this job to get extra cash for a new computer I wana build. unfortunately I have been involved in a car accident si that had to wait a while. But come the end of October I should be outta there with enough cash for new comp, holiday money, and games for end of the year.
Girly friend / Fiancee: Yup you heard right folks. I am getting married. January 07, 2010 I should officially be tied down. And soon I will live in a house and be very happy. I can't wait and I'm really excited about this. I know I'm young but this will work. But I'm not having a big wedding just going in, getting the license, and getting out. Niether of us want a wedding which is good cause I will NOT wear a tux.
Halo ODST: Working on legendary and very happy the people from Firely / Serenity are in this game.
But yeah camping came and went. It kinda sucks cause the first night it rained really hard and my pillow got soaked. But I brought 2 more so take that nature! Speaking of taking it to nature, the next day I gathered huge logs and started sawing them down. Logs I had help with but the sawing was all me baby. *flexes muscles*
So life has returned somewhat to normal. After playing with black guys that were high as hell (no I'm not making this up, it was hilarious) I'm deciding to either play more Left 4 Dead or finish making I video I started loooooong ago. If I do start working on it I may put some up for 5AR. Who knows. Hope you guys had a good weekend.
