PO Takes a Break - Part 2First, refresh your memory with this link: PO Takes a Break - Part 1. That was exactly 3 years ago today, but it feels like yesterday. Well, after our first year of college, PO is going down the shore again. We are leaving tonight, and we'll be there for 5 days.
It's crazy to think that we have known Taylor Cann and Proj3ct Snake for three years now, and that we are still friends. It just goes to show you what kind of community Grifball has- I hope it stays that way for all the new players in the league today.
We'll probably make a new sand logo just for the hell of it. Be ready for a follow-up journal.
Signing off for five days...
PS:Expect no practicing or scrimmages when we come back, we don't want to get back into Grifball as soon as possible. I might even stop the scrim nights, who knows.
Trigger HappyAlright so when I was in middle school, I was all about Halo 2 montages. I always wanted to make one, but I never knew how. So whenever I would play, I would use my VCR (remember those?), and record myself playing. Hey, it wasn't a montage, but I could always go back and re-watch cool stuff from Xbox Live. I wanted to eventually make my own Halo 2 montage and call it "Trigger Happy", but I never had the means to convert a VHS into footage on a computer, and I also didn't know how I would edit the video anyway.
So, this weekend, I was just bored and looking through some of my old stuff. Of course, I happened to come across the VHS, and had a great idea. I quickly ran over TurbanEspy's house and put all the footage on to my computer with a capture card, and starting editing. Five hours later, Trigger Happy was no longer just apart of the imagination of my 8th grade self, it was real (it would have taken less time to make if Windows Movie Maker didn't suck).
It's nothing special- I don't have a l337 4 shot BR or anything, I mainly did this for the fun of it and to bring back some good memories. It's supposed to be more funny than serious. I hope you like it.
The 14 year old Crude Awakening inside me can finally rest.

Bill Gates Hates MeToday, I have officially RRODed for the second time on the same Xbox 360. This time, I am not so lucky - I have had it for over three years and am no longer covered by the RROD warranty.
