College!So it's official! I'm going to college. I've decided to not wait for my possible acceptance from RIT to make a final decision thanks to my recent trip to Seattle. I will be attending DigiPen Institute of Technology in the fall to study Computer Science in Real-Time Interactive Simulation. This is a major milestone and my mom is still psychotic about every aspect of me going to college (mainly $ and distance) but it's okay I'm happy that I was able to make my choice and in retrospect DigiPen is the cheapest non in-state school I applied to. Like even though University of Southern California gave me an $11000 scholarship that doesn't even cover housing. So... yeah. This means I will literally be moving across the country in less than a year. I can't wait but at the same time I can't believe it. I wish I felt more excited but whenever I mention DigiPen I get the "Digi-what?" face so it kind of ruins it. Oh well. I think it's going to be a fun four years :)
Anyone else hear from colleges?

WASHINGTON!Heading out to Washington (the state not DC) in about 12 hours. Going to go visit DigiPen. This will be the deciding factor if I want to go there or not. :)
Also I got into University of Southern California yay! (but the area of downtown LA has kind of turned me off).

Never realized...I knew Geoff has been through Eatontown, NJ but I didn't realize he was actually in NJ for a long time. He was stationed at Fort Monmouth which is in my town. And while looking online at the Asbury Park Press I saw an article on Red VS Blue and Geoff.

Nothing is irrelevant Today in Latin we were discussing Spartacus and how much sex is in it.

We are translating Daphne and Apollo in Latin and one of the lines talks about Daphne asking for perpetual virginity.

At dinner my parents and I are re-watching the Lord of the Rings since we recently saw the Hobbit.

On the podcast they discuss the idea of re-watching Lord of the Rings after seeing the Hobbit.
I was accepted to DigiPen and was explaining how entire graduating classes were hired like for Portal 2.

Achievement Hunter does a 5 Facts About Portal 2 mentioning how the blue and orange paint comes from a DigiPen game called Paint.
My Latin teacher and a long term substitute History teacher started bow tie Wednesdays at my school.

Scholarship Hunting SeasonI figure I have $160,000 of future debt to cut down on so I'm scholarship hunting. I've already applied to a bunch and I'm in the process of applying to several others. My sister is in like $200,000+ debt from undergraduate and graduate school so I'm going to attempt to not do that.
Any scholarship suggestions?
