Happy HolidaysI know not everyone celebrates or likes Christmas (you know who you are)..but I do want to wish everyone well and to have at least a wonderful day tomorrow (because it's not yet the 25th here).
This upcoming Spring semester guys, I'm going to basically disappear. Little activity here and there once in awhile. I need to work harder for my GPA to raise more. School's my big focus at the moment. I have passed this fall semester and I do not need to repeat anything.
This Summer is going to be even more difficult. I've been advised by my mentor that I need to sign up for Undergraduate Internships for the Summer. This is going to be difficult in any way it ends up...
I personally want to get into an intern program...what I can tell you guys is the result might mean that I don't get to go to either RTX OR RvBTO. Things are a bit difficult..personally I WANT to go and have fun..but school and a job rank up even higher and also, monetary needs need to be met. UGH...if only RTX would be in May like it was the first time.
I honestly have no real choice in the matter..and I feel like absolute crap.
In other news, my folks have also had no choice and we closed our Health club. The rent for our club was just too much than our income (which I think is just pretty unfair, the landlord wouldn't even barter). We were being charged the price you'd get for renting a 24-square foot house for a small store space. So my step-mom is going back to teaching in January, however we are STILL selling Herbalife products. I'm a distributor, so if anyone here wants stuff too I can order things.
-sigh- So, this is essentially what I am looking forward to. I feel pretty sad when it comes to my promise for RTX...I want to go. But if I get into a program, 80% of my time will be doing lab research and other work. Personally that is something I'd be fine with doing.
Either way guys..cross your fingers for me please?
