Dead Space 2So, I finished Dead Space 2's story today. Great game. Fantastic story. Loved every bit of it. My total play time was around 8-9 hours. Give or take. (But I spent ~2 hours using the infinite node glitch teehee.) However, it seems I've hit an impass at what to do next, though.

Do I play through the game on Zealot?
Or....
Do I play through the game on Hard Core...

Both have pros and cons. I will do both....eventually. But I don't know which one to do first. I need some help, deciding. ;-;

P.S. This is what you get for completing the game on Hard Core. :D

Onto the next one...Well, I managed to finish up Dynasty Warriors 7 today. I swear, I had that last achievement waiting to be unlocked for close to two years, now. It feels good to have it done. Just in time for Dynasty Warriors 7, as well. Then again, I did so much grinding in the past few weeks in DW6, I almost don't even want to think about playing more DW. lol I will say, though, is that the Completist achievement is probably one of my most proud achievements that I've obtained.

Now that I have that done, I think I'm going to start playing Dead Space 2. I know I still haven't reached 80% completion, but I've almost lost interest in that goal. After grinding out shit it DW6 for (almost) 3 weeks straight, I want to play something new and fresh. Dead Space 2 sounds pretty fucking good. And scary.

Bring it.

It keeps staring at me....So, (for those that don't know) I set a goal for myself to not play play any new games until I reach 80% completion in my gamerscore. At the moment, I stand at 78.56%. This is including DLC. Now, I'm not the type of person that usually cares about this sort of thing, but I really wanted to reach 80%. For every new game I start, it gets lower and lower. Right now, I have about 5 games that I have yet to put into my console. Some are old, some are new. And just this past Saturday, I went into Best Buy and bought Dead Space 2. Man, that was a stupid idea. So, now I have another game that I REALLY want to play but can't. I think I may go insane.

I can feel Issac staring at me every time I turn on my console....

The Saboteur CompletedWell, another game completed to 1000g. The Saboteur has been added to my pile of games that I've completed to 100%. I began playing The Saboteur thinking it was going to be a great game. Unfortunately, I felt the game was absolutely horrible and couldn't bare to listen to the main character talk. His voice was so bad, it almost made me never want to play the game ever again. However, after seeing that I needed to raise my completion percentage, I decided to finish the game.

If anyone has ever played the game, (or watched the AH video on it) you would know that there are A LOT of events that you must complete to earn some of the achievements. There's over 1000 events and you can make a safe bet that it will be boring...Well, I did then. */sigh*

Thank God for the Drunk Tank podcast, or else these free play events would have made me murder something...

Resident Evil 5 on Professional...Alone.So, in my attempt to reach 80% completion, I decided to go through Resident Evil 5 and play through it on Professional. Unfortunately, when I searched for a partner, no one was good enough to help me through it. So, I decided to play through the game myself with the A.I. Bad decision, right? Well, I managed to beat about 5 chapters. It was going very smoothly....Until I came across Wesker and Jill in Chapter 5-3. I don't know how to explain how much rage I had. I literally spent 2 hours trying to get past Wesker.

Where's LtMkilla when I need him? I think someone should play that for their next show...

EDIT: Well, I finally finished the game on Professional. THANK FUCKING GAWD.

My journey to 80% Completion. So, I've been facing off against a friend of mine for little while to see who would reach 80% completion first. Considering, she's at 79% and I'm at 78%, there's no way I'm going to win. As much as I'd like to, she has me beat. However, I'm still wanting to reach my goal. I have 152 played games on my card, but only so many are completed to 100%. And only so many are less than half-way completed. :D

I want to play games for fun, but I don't want to play a new game until I reach my goal. My God, I hope I reach this goal soon...

P.S. I WANT TO PLAY DEAD SPACE 2. ;-;

The Game that Glitches...So, I've been playing Fallout: New Vegas for a few days now, and the game seemed to be like its predecessor in every way. The game played almost identical to 2008's Fallout 3 and is very enjoyable. That was, until I came to realize that the game is filled with so many unforgiving glitches that it makes me want to dropkick a small child.

More than once had I come inches away from finishing a quest that would've earned me an achievement, but the game took a turn for the worst when it glitched on me. I tried many different solutions, but to no avail. Now, I not in the knowledge of how game glitches occur or don't occur, but one thing I do know is this: DON'T RELEASE A GAME WHEN YOU KNOW SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH IT. There's a little life lesson for Obsidian. Here's hoping they take it to heart.

P.S. The funniest part? There was a patch about a month and a half ago. THEY PATCHED THINGS. LOL!
