Muh; EDIT: plus taggingI've not been home long - the weekend is normally my 'relax, make plans then not do them' time, but I've had to work today. It's overtime at least. Think of the money.
It feels like it's been a long week, and so having an extra day to enjoy those plain walls at work kind of rubs it in a bit. I'm tired, I'm not feeling at my most coherent, so I'm likely to write something totally random.
For starters, when I got home it turned out my aunt and uncle (specifically my mum's sister) were here, so I was invited to come and be sociable. Now, given that the average age between my parents, aunt and uncle is about 75, and I see them perhaps twice a year meant that I didn't have much to talk about. Mostly I figured I should just sit there and look pretty. This is not something that comes naturally to me, as has already been established.
My dad doesn't get on with my uncle especially well. They're both easy going enough, but my uncle has a habit of asking questions then not listening to the answers, sometimes even interupting with a new question before you've had a chance to finish that answer, and a prolonged conversation can prove frustrating. Top this off with my uncle almost running my dad over when they were leaving... Not the best of visits, perhaps.
At least I get a chance to relax this evening. Chris (aka PortalCore) and Vincent (aka tsuruchi7110) are coming round, and I see Halo 2 multiplayer in our collective near future.
(I'm also going to have to nag them to check the site a bit more often...)
Downside of this means that if I'm tired now, how am I going to be when there are people trying to shoot me in the head at 1am?
This is a bad stage in my life to be not drinking caffinated drinks.

I have an uncle like that who does that on purpose then laughs at you when you get frustrated... to your face of course aparently I take after him, for other reasons.
