Countdown Ended..Albino Robots:DestroyedWell the game ended and it was a brutal fight. We did win 8-1 but it was was not easy. In all, the game lasted 32 minutes due to the fact that no one could find an opening to put the ball away. The first goal took about 10 minutes to score, leading to the majority of my record breaking kill amount. Not only did I (Jb83) break the record, but the team, American Dream, set the single game kills record as well. I fell short of the K/D spread record with +75 but thats life....
We were up 8-0 going into the final round and we controlled the ball for the majority of the round. However, one small slip led to 2 of our players dieing, their guy grabbing the ball, the other 2 on our team in bad position, and him beating the respawners (is that a word?) to the spot.
So, sadly, we gave up our second goal on the year.
This being our bye week, that was our only game of the week. So going into week 3, the American Dream is 3-0 with 25 goals for, 2 goals against and 100% domination. We have Asian Platypus and AWLM next week. AWLM lost to Cannonball 7-2 and our game against them will show how we compare to Cannonball.
So far, the Freedom Train has led us to Victory Town 3 times, but we have tickets for 7 more trips, plus, some postseason trips as well.
