Every year I make the same resolution. I resolve to actually have New Year's Resolutions. Since this is a resolution, and I have fulfilled it, I have never broken my resolution.
Mine is not to lose weight, but to lose body fat. Weight is less important that being in shape so in an effort to do so I used RT as a competitive springboard to keep me accountable to those goals....and hopefully avoid having to do something really embarrassing! Here's the group link, if anyone wants to join up and watch the competition go on or feels like they aren't all pansy A's and might actually join in the competition rather than just watch from the computer chairs then bring it on!!!
