Get Dressed and Volunteer!Pictures lovingly taken from Jordan's Tumblr

Laaaaaaaaadiiiiieeeeeeeesssssssssss...

As most of you know, the Rooster Teeth Store released 5 brand-spanking-new t-shirts based on the RT Animated Adventures series. I say "HOT DAMN! THANK YOU!", and my wallet sits in my pocket and silently weeps. At the basic t-shirt price of $17.95, you can spread the word about your favorite podcast and maybe...just maybe...change a few lives in the process. The following are my product comments on these glorious, new shirts.

Toast Shirt (modeled by Gus): From the cartoon that started it all. Gus and Geoff regale us with tales from an airplane.
This shirt gives you a good excuse to say the phrase two f**king c**ts" in public.

Throwing Rocks Shirt (modeled by Joel): From the mouth of Joel Heyman straight to this stylish, light blue tshirt. For every kid person who still throws ever threw rocks at things they never should have. Come on...we all did it, so what better way to admit it than wearing a Rooster Teeth Animated Adventure t-shirt?

Mt Fuji Shirt (modeled by Matt): A sepia-toned tshirt so classic, you can actually hear Burnie's old-timey announcer voice. Wear this RTAA shirt to the next zeppelin race and really impress the dames!

Bears Shirt (modeled by Geoff): Finally...a shirt that reminds the general population where poop should go and why. Geoff Ramsey's most brilliant parenting fib can now become common knowledge!
Do your part. Buy this shirt. Feed the bears.

Nuts Shirt (modeled by Matt and Burnie): This shirt may contain trace amounts of NUTS.

Having the lads model their respective shirts really shows how Jordan nailed their cartoony selves.

Hast thou heard?

KellyRenea pointed this out to me a few days ago. And now it should be common knowledge...because you are all checking the RTXEvent.com page, right?

Blawndee announced that RTX is looking for MANY volunteers for this year's event.
There is now a Volunteer FAQ that is very important to read before you click the link to apply for being a volunteer. For the love of everything holy and pure: READ THE FAQ BEFORE YOU APPLY.
For any questions, please email volunteer@rtxevent.com
This is all I know. I swear. I'm not on the inside, so please direct all questions to the volunteer email.

We are still looking for MINIONS for Emerald City Comic Con!
You have until February 15 to apply!
APPLY HERE
We still need lots of people! Line and crowd control, customer service, smiley faces willing to work hard and help put on a hell of a show. It is an exhausting and rewarding convention. There is no pay involved (It's a volunteer thing, ya dig?), but you'll get a ticket to the event (please read the application for details), an awesome t-shirt, and LOVE AND ADMIRATION FROM THOSE OF US ON STAFF.

Yep. I'm on staff this year. Which means I'm still a MINION...with a radio. I found this out on Monday. I'm honored & READY TO ROCK.

The only information I have about this years MINIONS is the following: (I'm using the royal WE. I am not a decision maker. All questions about volunteering should be directed to michael@emeraldcitycomicon.com AND carly@emeraldcitycomicon.com)
You will not be able to pick where you work at the convention. We need so many people doing so many jobs. We cannot promise to put you in media or in gaming or just on panels and so on.
We are not in charge of "security" for media guests. There are no security positions. Do not apply asking to be Katee Sackhoff's security person.
The Kevin Smith / Jay Mewes event is hosted by ECCC but is NOT part of the convention. They needed space, we had it, so they bought it. It is a separate ticket. It happens after convention hours. MINIONS will NOT be working this event. If MINIONS want to see J&SBGO, you buy a ticket it.

That's the only insight I can give. For the latest-and-greatest in news, be sure to read up on the Official Emerald City Comic Con website, "like" us on Facebook, and follow us on Twitter!

I'm saving the best for last.

YOU NEED NOMS.

Willow's SWEET NOMS BAKERY is still taking Valentine's Day orders until the 5th. Delivery for V-day might not deliver in time, but trust me when I say her strictly homemade baked goods are worth the wait.

ORDER NOW.
NOW DAMNIT.

I know I volunteered to be an RTX Volunteer. You should too! As long as you don't knock me out of the running.
I also like that every Minion is in green.

Joel obviously wants you to draw him like one of your French girls.

Look at that face.

I turned in my app for RTX. We'll see. I've been waffling on going or not going, but if I get snagged for volunteer staff, I'll quit procrastinating and buy my plane ticket. Unfortunately, I won't be going to ECCC this year, which sucks. I've got so much going on though, I just couldn't make it to ECCC, PAX, RTX, Sheep is Life, and graduation from college all on the same year.

Tweek, you know RT announces new products themselves, don't you? They hired Barbara to interact with the community. Not you. Now, I know it's difficult having these psychological problems thinking you're an RT employee, but you HAVE to get over it. It's not healthy. Don't make me use the forced take in word.
