IRL Fairy Tale This didnt happen to me, but to a very good friend of mine.
Abit of back story, he dropped out of uni 2 years in, on a 3 year course, he's drawing all the time, and lives with his mum and he's 20.
Right so...he works in a small well established corner shop on the tills, and when there isnt any customers he doodles on the reciept paper. On Sunday, he went to work just like normal, and doodled just like normal. This time he served a customer that noticed his drawing, and she said "wow those are really good" to which he replied "oh, thank you", (He gets alot of that, he didnt think much of it) 30 minutes later he goes to lunch, and gets an anouncement to go to the till. It was the women from earlier, she came back and gave him her card and said that she owns socail media advertising company, and needs an artist to illustrate a graphic novel for them, and after 3 or 4 emails back and forth, they're meeting up to discuss pay and hours. On top of his wage he'll also get a percentage of sales aswell.
