Okay yeah its startin to hit meNormally the excitement for going to RTX doesn't actually hit me until the plane from Sydney to LAX finally takes off. But this time...I dunno. ITS KINDA HITTING ME NOW!
So I will be landing at 3pm in Austin on the 1st of July. WHO ELSE AM I GONNA SEE THAT DAY!?!
I will be attending all of the @Sidequest events as well as Caiti and Christa's IRL Event on the 8th of July. I CANT WAIT TO SEE EVERYONE ELSE THERE!
Also it's gonna be awesome spending a week with the Cali Crew once I leave Austin. So @Kiyoshi, @Scorp, @Volt, @selfmadecelo what do you guys wanna do for the week im there?

Secondly I have made a list of all those interested in playing some games and gettin achievements. Now its just a matter of time til i contact ya's and start boosting :D I am however gettin distracted by single player games a lot tho :P
and Thirdly I hope everyone is having a fucking mad time at RTO. I so wish I coulda made it, but alas being 15,000kms away makes that difficult. So I hope to see most of you at RTX!

RTX!So as of a couple of days ago I booked my flights to America!
So i will be leaving on the 1st of July from Sydney to Austin in time for RTX. I will be attending all Sidequest events as well as Caiti's new Initiative IRL.
So I cant wait to see all you sexy mother fuckers at RTX!
On the 13th of July i'll be travelling to California for a week before I have to come home. So i'll hopefully get to hang out with some of my Cali friends. Cant wait to get drunk with the Cali Crew again!
Once im home, the moving to Brissy plan moves into fruition
RTX and Cheevo's!You guys have probably noticed that the Fundraiser for Caiti and I ended last week. You probably also noticed her journal detailing how she has received a tremendous gift of generosity and can make it to RTX without the need of the fundraiser. As I allowed her to have the majority we have decided that the option for ppl to be refunded their money was best. Those who wish for me to keep some funds, it will go towards one of my flights. Now onto other matters... So I'm bored at work and had this idea last night. I'm gonna list the games I own that I need help getting the multiplayer or co-op achievements with. Then from there see who else needs them and then play with them to get them. So here goes:
Aliens Vs Predator: I need basically all the multiplayer cheevo's for this game. Battlefield 3: I need all the co-op cheevo's and most of the multiplayer ones. I have no DLC though. Bad Company 2: I need ONE multiplayer achievement. 50 kills with the Huey. I would greatly appreciate anyone with the Vietnam DLC to help with this one. Borderlands 2: I need help beating Terramorphous but other than that I should be good. I'll be getting all the DLC for this game, but not for a while. Brutal Legend: I need every multiplayer cheevo for this. I dont have the DLC but will get it if others need those cheevo's. Bulletstorm: I love this game haha I need all the Anarchy Mode cheevo's for this game and I assume others do too :P Gears of War 3: I only need one more multiplayer achievement (barring Seriously 3.0) and i'm done with this game. Gears of War: Judgment: I need the new DLC multiplayer achievements. Halo 4: I need all the new map achievements. So Crimson, Majestic and Castle map packs Halo Wars: I need the co-op and all the multiplayer cheevo's. Halo Anniversary: I need a lot of achievements in this. I'll gladly go through it in co-op with someone to grab all the ones I need. Halo Reach: I need Paper Beats Rock, All Alone and Don't Touch That. Portal 2: I need the harder co-op achievements. Red Dead Redemption: I need ALL the DLC achievements. I got the first DLC but will buy the rest if people are willing to play with me :P Serious Sam HD: TFE: I need all the co-op achievements for this one. Splinter Cell: Conviction: I need the hard Last Stand achievements and all the DLC achievements.
So there we have it. The games I'd like to go back to and complete with some friends. Who's up for it? Once I get an idea of how many ppl wanna help, then I can arrange the best times to play and see how much more gamerscore we can all get :P
Scheree is not only an amazing artist, but she is also an amazing friend of mine and for many of you too. So its no wonder to me that in such a short time her fundraiser has already raised over $2000! Well on her way to half way of her goal in just a week! So here i am raising more awareness to help her on her way to RTX!
Brissy! :DSo as some of you probably know, @ashiemashie and I went to Brisbane from the 6-16th to visit my Dad and look for potential job opportunities for when we move there. We arrived late Wednesday night and just unpacked and went to bed, so Thursday was spent just chillin and gettin food for us and Dad getting to know Ash. Ash also got to meet this guy! Snakey! Or Mr. Fangy, whichever you prefer :P He likes me better tho :P
Friday we packed a couple days clothes and some beers and went to the Gold Coast. On the way there Dad surprised me with his late 21st Birthday present to me cos he couldn't make it to my party. Ever hold a thousand bucks in cash? Knowing its all yours is a pretty awesome feeling :P And that hip flask is sweet! Always wanted one, now I have one with my name engraved on it :D
Dad and Sara (his fiance) had already booked and paid for an awesome room at the Bel Air hotel for 2 nights. It had 2 bedrooms each with their own en-suite. Had a kitchen and separate lounge room. There was even 3 balconies! Here's our view of the Gold Coast from Dads rooms balcony
That night after we got settled into our awesome hotel room we went to Dracula's Cabaret!
For those wondering what this place is, I can't really explain it very well lol But basically we paid $100 each for VIP seats and our 3 course meal. We got a small tour of the place with finger foods (made out of fingers) and champagne. Which Ash SKULLED. I couldn't do that lol As soon as i walked in, one of the zombie lookin characters gave me this to wear. No one else got one. Is it that apparent im a dickhead? Good.
After a short mini roller coaster ride that takes us to the seating area, we were ready to eat and ready to watch the show. I woulda taken pics and stuff but they were strictly against that lol. Anyway, if you are ever on the Gold Coast or i think there's one in Melbourne too you HAVE to check out Dracula's. This was the second time I had been and it was even better than the first time. I sang along almost the entire night haha
Here's some souvenirs Ash and I got: I bought Ash an awesome shirt :D Jello-shots were in these and we got to keep the syringe Pretty sweet pen :P Our special VIP place mats We got free stubby holders My new fav shot glass :P We also all got a photo together. It goes Sara, Dad, Me then Ash :D
The next day Ash and I went to Movie World while Dad and Sara went a helicopter ride or something lame like that lol. Movie World is my favourite of the 3 Theme Parks the Gold Coast has to offer. So I had to take Ash there. The first thing we did was go on the Superman Ride, it's my favourite. We also went on it a second time at the end of the day. Somehow we were lucky enough to get the front car both times.
After that we went on the Arkham Asylum ride (formally the Lethal Weapon ride, but its been refurbished a bit)
Then we walked around and looked at all the shops and stuff I found a fire hydrant I got a tattoo We got a Wanted Poster made I jizzed all over the best batmobile ever! And had some left in me for the Batblade and Redbird from Batman & Robin! Went to the Wild Wild West
Over the years Mary has become one of the people I care most about on this site. She is funny as hell, smart and has always been there for me when i've needed it most. She is a great friend and deserves ALL the attention on her birthday.
